Willsto ensures quality service, but in case of incorrect, damaged, or missing items, customers must report the issue within a specific timeframe for resolution.
Refunds are processed based on the nature of the issue. Orders canceled before vendor confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Refunds for delivered orders depend on vendor policies.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount is credited to the original payment method. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, wallet credits may be provided.
Refunds will not be applicable for wrong orders placed by the customer, partially consumed items, or delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For return or refund requests, customers can reach out via the app’s support section. Our team will review and process valid claims as per policy guidelines.
